By using CheerKid™ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Who May Use CheerKid

CheerKid is intended for use by children under parental supervision. Parents or legal guardians must set up and manage the app. You must be at least 18 years old to create a family account or upload content.

2. Acceptable Use

By using CheerKid, you agree to:

Only upload video content that is appropriate for young children (ages 2–5)
Not upload content that is violent, sexual, hateful, or harmful in any way
Not attempt to circumvent the parental approval system
Not use the app for commercial advertising or spam
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app's systems

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. CheerKid does not pre-screen uploaded videos, but all content must be reviewed and approved by a parent before it reaches any child. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

CheerKid™ and all associated logos, designs, and software are the intellectual property of the app developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CheerKid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of data, including uploaded clips, due to technical failure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of CheerKid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
